Kittens Fourteenth litter, first week
Below are the pictures of the development of the kittens from Nemesis and Pahtrussko, born 25-09-2015 in their first week of life.

pictures from 25-09-2015 The accouchement of Nemesis did not go as hoped. Her first kitten came at 12:27 pm stillborn (a black silver male). Then it became crowded, there were two kittens trying to come out, and the placenta from the first one was blocked by the second kitten. That was both for Nemesis as the kitten uncomfortable. First a male was born, then a female. Normally I cut the umbilical cord, but it was so short on mom that I could not reach it. But everything turned out fine though.
In total it took so long, that the female kitten had pooped in the amniotic fluid. Since she has a lot of white and poo in the amniotic fluid, she became completely yellow. It looks strange on the pictures ;-)
After an hour break came the last kitten in the world, also a female.
